One Source Retirement was founded by Aramis Paez with a simple belief: no retiree should have to navigate a Florida move alone, juggling agents, movers, and contractors on their own.
The real estate side is led by his brother, Ariel Paez, a licensed Florida real estate broker since 2006 — so your home search is guided by a true, accountable professional. It's family-run, and it shows in how we treat every client.
